We spent the last week on the extreme eastern edge of the “Redneck Riviera”..Destin FL.  We swam alot. Ate a bunch of seafood. Visited Pensacola to see Grandpa’s Grave and the Naval Aviation Museum. Like most time off, time flew by at record speed. What a fun way to kick off the summer!

Well TwinPop fell down on his sword but he is back and blogging!  What a busy month we have had. Projects at work and a bunch of fun stuff in between have kept us hopping!
The recap:

• Easter Saturday with family in Orlando.
• Easter Sunday with family in our hometown.
• Baby Julia turned one and we partied like it is 2010!
• Uncle Mel turned 40 and we partied like it was 1970!
• GrandBoogie celebrated another anniversary of her 39th Birthday but did not want to party.
• Baby Faith is Baptized and we partied some more at Sweet Tomatoes.

The birthday celebrations started on Thursday and went the whole way through Sunday. On Thursday we celebrated at school.  Never one to miss a party Miss Tina and Baby Julia threw a cheeseburger and cupcake party for us on Friday.  Friday night we took a road trip in the Nanny Van to Orlando.  We stayed at the Shades of Green hotel. The next morning we went to the Magic Kingdom and met up with Cousin Carter, Aunt Heather and Uncle Mel. It rained in the morning but it did not dampen our spirits.  On Sunday we had a family breakfast before departing.  Carter gave us cool birthday gifts! After we took our naps we went to the Mexican restaurant and they sang “happy birthday” to us and put sombrero’s on our heads. Finally it was a cupcake birthday party at home! What a blast!

Wow…what a month…too much to catch up on. We will try to post a little more frequently. This past week we took a road trip and ended the day with a little time at a park. As you can see it took the whole family to tame T-REX!
