US+2sDay Spooks, Parades and Picnics
October 26th, 2009 | Photos, twins
What a busy but fun weekend we had! On Friday we joined Mom's Rotary group at the zoo for the "spooktacular". We toured the zoo and trick or treated. We got a lot of candy. Saturday we packed up the van for a trip downtown to support the local children's hospital. Dad's Rotary group built a choo choo train out of a wagon. We marched in the parade with the wagon! After church on Sunday Dad set up the bounce house in the back yard. Mom made us a picnic lunch and Grandma (aka the common tater) joined us. By the time it was over we were pooped! Nap time was never so good!

You’re right: “Nap time was never so good!” I think you meant for us grown-ups, too! I can’t believe how much energy is wrapped up in those precious two-year-olds. I know that I’m lucky to see them only when they’re at their best (which is most of the time!). Thanks for inviting me on Sunday. The Friday night and Saturday events looked great also. Love, Boogie, Sr.
Getting pooped proves fun times in that busy weekend. Twin Mom just got rid of her flue and sure she still needs little other naps. So, you are fresh and in a good mode again; cannot wait to hear what good next with you is.
The pictures are so cute! Just reading all the commentary made be tired! However do you manage? You guys look great! Hope you and your families have a wonderful Thanksgiving.
love,
Nicole
