US+2sDay Hoops
October 19th, 2009 | Photos, twins
Mom was sick with the flu this week. Thankfully, she is better now. Since Dad only knows how to make beer and chips he asked SuperNanny to cook dinner for us. SuperNanny let us make pizza one night. We had fun and it was good!
On Friday we took Dad to our school for donuts. We saw Jackson Deville the Jaguar Mascot but we did not want to get our picture taken with him.
On Saturday we got the new basketball hoop Mom and Dad promised Mr H. Mr H was a thumb sucker but quit after Mom and Dad applied the icky stuff that the dentist gave to them to put on his thumb. Mom promised him a hoop if he would keep the thumb out of the mouth. Bribery worked!
The last three pictures are of our princess. She is already scaring Dad. She has inherited the shopping gene from Mom's side of the family. Scary on the pocket book.

I love it!!! She looks so adorable reading her magazine! I loved the pictures of them seeing the hoop for the first time! You can see the excitment in their faces. Great post twin pop!!!
PS……Glad to have mommy back to normal again!!!
It seems to me that Mr. H. is a pretty smart guy: Stopping thumb sucking in order to get what he wants! The Princess is pretty slick, too: Before age 3 and already shopping the wearing-apparel catalogs! I hope I’m invited the next time pizza is on the menu. It looked yummy, but what else could I expect with my two precious grandchildren being supervised by SuperNanny?! Thanks for sharing the photos.
Love, GrandBoogie
Bribery is an amazing tool….even at that age. Glad to hear that Mr. H stopped sucking his thumb.
-Glad to hear your guy’s mom is better now. I hope she remains better.
-Glazed Donuts are still my favorite; I always like to have them with my Dunkin’ Donuts Coffee. I swing by it a lot wherever state I live in.
-Cute is that little new Basketball Hoop, many guys like to have them in front of their homes.
-Smart of Mr. Henry to stop his natural reflex thumb sucking; no excuses as he is covered with care in a relaxed and comfortable home and is certainly so far from having been board; better to quit before it gets concerned. He will remain with fine mouth and good shaped teeth.
