US+2sDay Art Festival

A couple of months ago our city started hosting a weekly art festival.  We finally visited it this past weekend.  Highlights included live music, a belly dancer just for Kate, Beignets (or as Grandpa used to kid the waiters in New Orleans and say: "Big Nets"), and of course a lot of local art and fresh produce. We have learned that 2 yr olds need to burn off a lot of energy. After naps we set them loose on the backyard. Notice Mr. H's fall and quick recovery.  The backyard  photos were taken with Karen's new camera using a telephoto lens.

Needless to say, “Popsil” would have enjoyed the “Big Nets;” but he probably would have enjoyed more the belly dancer! It looks as if the Princess has her heart set on learning how to dance that way. (Get out the shot gun!) I know you didn’t tell Mr. H. to disguise his broken front tooth, but none of the photos showed it. Good planning! Your yard is lovely, and I’m glad that my two precious grandchildren can enjoy it. Love to all! Boogie, Sr.

Talking about Grandpa kidding the waiter,
I remember the kids Grandpa from father side when he ordered a cup of coffee.
The waiter asked him; how he likes his coffee;
he said “like it blonde like my ladies”; he means coffee with milk.

By the way; kid’s physique changes as they grow up. Kate needs to pick her mother physique.
